We offer exchanges of pre-made sizes (S, M, L) within 7 days of you receiving the package. We accept exchange of sizes only, not of designs. To initiate the exchange process, you will need to pay a fee for the second delivery attempt (£4 in the UK; £10 international). Hence, please carefully measure your nails before purchasing.
