Delivery within Canada usually takes 3-5 business days.

International delivery to the U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days.

International delivery to the rest of the world usually takes between 7-21 business days. Please note the exact delivery time can vary based on the import regulations of the country. 

If you have special delivery requests or that the package is very urgent for a specific date, please reach out to us before placing the order to avoid disappointment. 

Sometimes a tax fee for importing goods could be charged by the country on your order, please note it is the customers' responsibility to pay for this fee. Please pay attention to if you have received related letters or documents if your package has not been delivered to you after a relatively long period.

Delivery of the package is handled by Canada Post or USPS. Once the package has been sent out, it is not within our capability to follow up, so please ensure that you leave us with the correct delivery address, and reach out to the courier's customer service team for any issues that occurred during the delivery processes. 

In the rare event that there is damage to your package, or that your package has been lost or stolen, please keep related evidence, such as pictures, and reach out to Canada Post for compensation by googling "Canada Post damaged/lost/stolen package claim.". Please understand that it is not Amber Nail Studio's responsibility for incidents that happen during the delivery process.
